1. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions govern all coaching, assessment, consulting, and linguistic services provided by DELKI – Deutsch-Englisches Linguistik- & Kulturinstitut (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking or using our services, clients (“you”) agree to these terms.

2. Services Offered

We offer: Educational and academic guidance, linguistic coaching, assessments and evaluations, personal development sessions, online consultations, and training materials. The exact service description is provided on our website or communicated prior to booking.

3. Booking & Contract Formation

A contract is formed when you submit a booking form and receive a written confirmation (email or system message) from us. We reserve the right to decline bookings without providing reasons.

4. Fees & Payment

Fees are displayed on our website or communicated individually. Payment is due at the time of booking unless stated otherwise via bank transfer, online payment systems, or invoice. We may withhold services if payments remain unpaid.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

5.1 Client Cancellations

Sessions can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours (two business days) before the appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or no-shows are non-refundable and fully chargeable.

5.2 Organisation Cancellations

If we must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, participate sincerely, use provided information responsibly, and ensure technical readiness for online sessions. We reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate behavior.

7. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We aim to facilitate development and skill improvement; however, we do not guarantee specific results, academic outcomes, or career placements.

8. Liability Limitations

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on coaching insights. We do not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, nor are we responsible for technical issues during online sessions.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided remain our intellectual property. Clients may not copy, distribute, or resell content without written permission.

10. Data Protection

We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy and GDPR. By booking, you consent to the processing necessary for session delivery.

11. Third-Party Tools

We may use WhatsApp, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Zoom, or Google Meet. Each service processes data under its own respective policies.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Munich, Germany.
