This Cookie Policy explains how Delki uses cookies and similar technologies on https://delki.org. It also describes your choices regarding cookie preferences and how you can manage them under the GDPR.

2. Cookies Used on This Website
2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
Required for basic operation and security (e.g., CookieYes consent, WordPress system). These do not store personal info and cannot be disabled.
2.2 Functional Cookies
These improve the user experience but are not essential. We use them for GTranslate (language preferences), the WhatsApp Chat Button (Meta Platforms), and Google Calendar Embeds. These providers may process IP and interaction data when used.
2.3 Analytics & Advertising
Currently, we do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If activated in the future, they will only load after your explicit consent via the cookie banner.
3. Third-Party Tools
We integrate GTranslate, WhatsApp, Google Calendar, and CookieYes. These providers may process data outside the EU, but only under GDPR-compliant practices.
4. Forms & Quiz Submissions
Our custom quiz collects name, email, and answers. These are stored in Google Sheets for lead generation and coaching recommendations. Google complies with GDPR through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). The quiz itself does not store cookies, though associated Google tools might.
5. Managing Preferences
You can adjust settings via the Cookie Preference Centre (floating button at the bottom) or via your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect features like language switching or chat.
