These Terms & Conditions govern all coaching, assessment, consulting, and linguistic services provided by DELKI – Deutsch-Englisches Linguistik-Institut (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By booking or using our services, clients (“you”) agree to these terms.

2. Services Offered

We offer:

  • Educational and academic guidance
  • Linguistic coaching
  • Assessments and evaluations
  • Personal development sessions
  • Online consultations
  • Training materials and resources

3. Booking & Contract Formation

A contract is formed when:

  • You submit a booking form, and
  • You receive a written confirmation (email or system message) from us.

We reserve the right to decline bookings without providing reasons.

4. Fees & Payment

  • Fees are displayed on our website or communicated individually.
  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless stated otherwise.
  • Accepted methods include bank transfer, online payment systems, or invoice (where applicable).

If payments fail or remain unpaid, we may withhold further services.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

5.1 Client Cancellations

  • Sessions can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
  • Missed appointments (no-shows) are fully chargeable.

5.2 Organisation Cancellations

If we must cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during quizzes, assessments, and intake forms
  • Participate sincerely in the coaching process
  • Use the information provided responsibly
  • Ensure technical readiness for online sessions (internet, video, audio)

We reserve the right to refuse service if behaviour is inappropriate or harmful.

7. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Coaching and linguistic support aim to facilitate development, clarity, and skills improvement.
However, we do not guarantee specific results, academic outcomes, or career placements.

8. Liability Limitations

To the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for decisions clients make based on coaching insights
  • We do not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice
  • We are not responsible for technical issues affecting online session quality

Our liability for simple negligence is excluded unless essential contractual duties are affected.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided (documents, videos, assessments, worksheets) remain our intellectual property.
Clients may not copy, distribute, or resell content without written permission.

10. Data Protection

We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy and GDPR (DSGVO).
By booking a service, you consent to the processing of data necessary for session delivery.

11. Use of Third-Party Tools

  • Google Calendar (appointment scheduling)

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The version published on this website at the time of booking applies.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by German law.
